Want to stay low to the ground and dance it out? Then the below classes may be the perfect options.
We highly recommend this class to ALL students. Learn the art of fluid, sensual movement while toning your core and legs. Legwarmers and knee pads recommended, heels are optional. 60 minutes.
Get out your heels and legwarmers! We'll be learning an intermediate/advanced floor routine. 60 minutes.
Pre-requisite: Floor Basics and/or proficiency in forward and backwards rolls.
The name says it all! Learn the spicy basics of an authentic lap dance. This is a full-contact class, meaning you will be dancing (and laughing) on another student or an instructor.
Lap Dance Fundamentals: 2-hour Workshop,
Ultimate Lap Series: 4 one hour class series that develops the lap dance technique. 4 class hours.
Pre-requisite: None. Heels are strongly recommended.

Looking for a sexy, calorie-burning workout you can practice at home, no pole required? Then this is the class for you! We’ll be learning some fun and steamy chair choreography. Heels are encouraged.
Werk some booty magic by learning different ways to twerk in a calorie-busting routine! Please wear leggings (patterns are best, no solid black - we need to see your movement!) and flat athletic shoes. Don't think you have a booty to work?
