Flexibility training and getting a good stretch in is just as important to advancing toward your pole and aerial goals as taking an actual pole or aerial class! Take these classes to encourage physical recovery from your regular training, develop an understanding of your current mobility and how to improve it, and feel good! No need to already be flexible to take these classes - we are all working on improving flexibility and mobility together. 
 

FLEXIBILITY

You’ll be led through a series of dynamic and static stretches by a certified flexibility instructor. Emphasis on opening shoulders, back, hips and legs. All levels are welcome! Mats and props provided. Wear your favorite pair of leggings and form fitting shirt for this class. 
 
No pre-requisite. $27 or one class pass hour

FLEX FLOW

This 60min yoga-esque class will help increase your flexibility through a continuous flow sequence. Each class will focus on a different area: middle splits, front splits, straddle, and chest opening/shoulder flexibility. Mats and props provided. Wear your favorite pair of leggings and form fitting shirt for this class!  
 
No pre-requisite. $27 or one class pass hour.
