OUR STUDIO
Studio Rouge opened in February of 2011 in the heart of Grandview. The studio was originally created to provide a safe space for women from all walks of life to explore pole and aerial fitness, develop self confidence, and achieve their fitness goals. Since September 2018, all folx are welcome. No matter your skin color, sexuality, gender or agender, body shape or size, ethnicity, religious beliefs, or background, we hope to welcome you as important member of the studio community.
Together, we dance, have fun, and cheer each other on – all the while developing strength, building self-appreciation, and increasing muscle tone and flexibility!

Adrienne
Adrienne has a background in multiple facets of dance spanning 28 years. She has placed 1 st at the PCS Pole Open Championships at the Arnold Sports Festival (2016, 2018) and 1 st place at North American Pole Dance Championships (2018). In 2019, Adrienne judged the PCS Pole Open Championships at the Arnold Sports Festival! She is an Xpert Pole Fitness (Levels 1&2) certified instructor.

As part of the Studio Rouge community, Aub loves assisting her students in connecting positively with their bodies while also supporting them in pushing their limits to find the amazing things they are capable of! Aub is a certified Vertical Joe’s Twerk Technician, and Xpert Pole Fitness (Levels 1&2) certified instructor.

Alexis
As a self-taught aerialist her hard work and dedication has led her to becoming one of Columbus’s top aerial performers with a goal to inspire and uplift those around her - proving anything is possible if you just believe in yourself. She is an Xpert Pole Fitness (Levels 1&2) certified instructor, and a Cirque-Fit Aerial Hoop certified instructor.

Ashley has participated in a number of pole competitions, and would like to continue challenging herself to new heights, all while encouraging others to build their self-confidence through fitness and express themselves through movement! She is an Xpert Pole Fitness (Levels 1&2) certified instructor.

Cayla has a BFA in dance, PBT- Progressing Ballet Technique and original aerial training from directors of Aerial Dance Chicago.

Christian has recieved intstructor training for XPole Xpert Levels 1&2Essential science of heels. Christian has also competed in PCS at the Arnold Classic in 2022 where she placed 3rd for level 1/2.

Elizabeth has always loved connecting with women and expressing herself through movement. She grew up in dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading, She loves the way this art form and this studio both encourage strength, individuality, and women cheering each other on. She’s a certified Vertical Joe’s Twerk Technician & has certification from Roz the Diva for Coaching Plus Sized Athletes.

Gaby is an Xpert Pole Fitness (Levels 1-4) and CirqFit Lyra certified instructor, and has completed Flow Movement teacher training.

Harmoni has an extensive athletic background in sports & movement as well as stage performance and theater. She is addicted to the overwhelming amount of happiness, pride, and satisfaction from helping the beautiful souls she has the honor of teaching. Harmoni has been trained by Roz the Diva for "Coaching Plus Sized Athletes" and is a certified Cleo's Rock N Pole Instructor.
