Flex Flow - Clintonville

This 60min yoga-esque class will help increase your flexibility through a continuous flow sequence. Each class will focus on a different area: middle splits, front splits, straddle, and chest opening/shoulder flexibility. Wear your favorite pair of leggings and form fitting shirt for this class! Please bring your own mat and blocks (if you have them). Mats are available if you forget!
