Struggling to invert? Want to build the strength to hold a flag or Iron-X? This class is meant to help you advance your pole goals by working on full-body strength, as well as stamina, grip strength, flexibility and movement needed for dynamic tricks. Layers and leggings recommended to help keep your muscles warm.
