Let go and enjoy a nice hip opening stretch class! (Zoom class)

Join us for a 60min online class where we move through yoga-esque flow sequences to warm up and practice guided stretching focused on stretching the hips and muscles interacting with our hips to leave them feeling relaxed and happy. All levels welcome. Recommended items to have handy (not required): 1. yoga mat 2. 2 yoga blocks (can substitute with short stools, sturdy shoe boxes, even hard-shell carry-on luggage if needed) 3. yoga strap (can substitute with a scarf or belt)
