Join us for 60min of passive and active flexibility exercises and stretches. Each class may have a different focus between shoulder opening, front splits, middle splits/straddle, and hip opening. This class will happen alongside the in-studio version of this class. Pre-requisite: None! Come with whatever level of flexibility you have :) What to have handy (recommended): Two yoga blocks and yoga strap. Don't worry if you don't have these props - you likely have a good alternative at home with a little creativity (ex. throw pillows can be good substitutes for yoga blocks, and pants or a scarf can be a yoga strap alternative).
