Struggling to invert? Want to build the strength to hold a flag or Iron-X? This class is meant to help you advance your pole goals by working on full-body strength, as well as stamina, grip strength, flexibility and movement needed for dynamic tricks. Conditioning exercises will be on pole and off. This class is geared for students in level 300+ but all levels are welcome and encouraged! Exercises will be adapted to each student’s strength and skill level. Please wear typical pole class attire.
