Pre-req: Level 300 (or up) AND outside leg hang/ability to properly invert into bat (inverted crucifix). This class is all about improving your superman abilities and shouldermount technique. Whether you're learning how to get into superman or nail your shouldermount in the first place, or want to explore new entries/exits into this pose, come and learn!
