HOW TO BOOK:
​

  1. Please submit a Private/Party Request form (link below) with your date/time/dance style/location preferences.

  2. We will reply by email to confirm availability or provide alternative available times as soon as possible within 24 hours. We will also send payment information to secure your booking

  3. Once your payment is received, we will send you a confirmation document with day-of details confirming location, parking tips, what to wear, etc...

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Purchase Policy: Payment in full must be made in advance to secure your booking, and all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Rescheduling Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule Sun-Thurs lessons. Due to the demand for weekend spots, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to reschedule Fri-Sat lessons. No credits, makeups or reschedules will be granted with less than the minimum required notice. Private lessons may only be rescheduled once.
  • Age Limit: All participants in classes, private instruction sessions, and private parties must be 18 years or older. Individuals 17 years and younger are not permitted to sit observe classes, private instruction sessions, or private parties. No exceptions. 
  • Alcohol/Substance Policy: For your safety, DO NOT drink alcohol or consume illicit substances before or during your private. Studio Rouge reserves the right to refuse service if participants arrive inebriated.
