PARTY/PRIVATE REQUEST FORM

Interested in partying with us? Please fill out this form for both private class (1-6 people) and party (7-15 people) requests. We'll be in touch shortly via email!

Pricing Review:

60min Privates:
- 1 Person = $70
- 2 People = $130
- 3-4 People = $160
- 5 People = $190
- Balance to be paid in full in advance to officially book.

Parties (max of 15 people):
- 60min Party (choose one dance style) = $36 per person
- 90min Party (choose 2 dance styles) = $36 per person + $100 flat fee
- $100 non-refundable deposit required to officially book, remaining balance due the day of party.

"Going ROGUE" Workshop:
- BASIC = 60 minutes (choose one dance style) $550 flat rate
- STANDARD = 60 minutes (choose one dance style between pole and lyra and includes one stage pole) $850 flat rate
- DELUXE = 90 minutes (choose 2 dance styles and includes one stage pole) $ 1000 flat rate
- $100 deposit required
- $250 per additional stage pole or lollipop lyra requested

Going ROGUE Request

If requesting a "Going ROGUE" workshop, give us the address of event

Age limit: I understand that ALL guests must be 18 years old + to attend.

Alcohol policy: I understand that NO alcohol or illicit substances may be consumed before or during the party. Studio Rouge reserves the right to refuse service without refund to anyone under the influence.

Refund Policy: I understand that all deposits and party/private payments are non-refundable, even if I must cancel my appointment for any reason. In the extremely rare event that a cancelation occurs on the studio's end, I will have the choice of a refund, rescheduling, or account credit for future use.

I understand that, upon booking, I will receive an email confirmation of the studio's address where my party/private is happening at, but that it's ultimately my responsibility to note the address and double check that I have the correct studio location for my appointment.
