Service Description
Active Flexibility is designed specifically for pole and aerial artists looking to improve strength, mobility, and control through targeted flexibility training. You’ll focus on building range of motion that you can actually use in the air—think high leg holds, controlled backbends, and strong splits. Class blends dynamic stretching, strength drills, and muscle activation techniques to safely increase flexibility while supporting long-term injury prevention. Ideal for students who want to level up their lines, shapes, and transitions both on the ground and in the air.
