Pre-requisite - Intro to pole

Must be in either level 200 or 300, or have instructor permission.

Must be in pole level 300 or 400. Prior experience necessary.

Pre-requisite: Pole 100. Heels encouraged.

Must be in pole level 200 or 30000. Not a beginner class.

Must be in pole level 100 or 200. Pre-req: Intro to Pole and/or 100.

Pre-requisite: Proficient with 300 level material (continued below).

All Levels - no prior experience needed

Pre-Requisite: Strong climb and pole sit/sad girl sit.
