Woohoo! You've taken Intro to Pole and are ready to keep learning the basics of pole dance fitness. This beginner level pole class continues conditioning at the beginning of each class, works on climbing to the top of pole, and mastering more beginner level spins/transitions. Keep taking this class until you're proficient at all the moves on the Pole 100 test, and then let your instructor know you'd like to test out of 100 and into Pole 200!
