Service Description

We'll explore level 200 and 300 level pole skills and combos in this 60min class on both static and spin pole! Don't want to do spin pole? No worries - keep working on the static pole! Types of skills covered and incorporated into combos: inverts, shoulder mounts, superman, leg hangs, cupid, brass monkey, jamilla/apprentice, shooting star, various intermediate to advanced spins, and more! Please note: This is not an introductory or beginner pole class. Prior experience is necessary, or instructor permission. Questions on whether this class is right for you?
