Service Description

Learn to dynamically spin around the static pole! In this 60min class we'll explore various power spins that will utilize momentum building, various hand/arm grips, and leg positioning. Beware - these spins are super fun (adrenaline rush) but can be challenging (in the best way)! This class takes place at the Clintonville studio: 4575 N High St.
