Take some time to focus on the the super fun pole trick: Iguana! There are many ways to get into and out of this crazy inverted pose, which this class will teach you! Never done an iguana before? If you're pole level 300+ and are proficient with your layback (consistently no spot needed), then join this class to develop your iguana skills and transitions!
