Special Topics: Splits Tricks

Pre-Requisite: Pole 300+: able to invert, & confident leg hangs

Service Description

Whether or not you have a perfect split, this class is for you! We'll work on various tricks/poses on the pole that incorporate front splits and/or straddle, and see how we can work them into a combo. Warm up will be provided to prepare our muscles/joints for these more "flexy" moves. No perfect splits needed, just a willingness to work on them!
