April 4 Week Intro to Fabrics Series

Service Description

If you're an absolute beginner with aerial fabrics (aerial silks and aerial hammock/sling) - start here! This 4 week progressive series will focus on learning the foundations of aerial silks and aerial sling. This course is the perfect way to prepare yourself to be successful in Aerial Silks 100 and Aerial Sling 100. No prior experience, requisite amount of strength, grace, or coordination necessary - we build up strength and skills together. This class meets 4 times, each time for 60min. If you are not able to able to make one of the 4 classes, no worries - you get one makeup class (please email studio in advance so we can help with rescheduling)! What to wear: Comfortable workout top Leggings and/or shorts (skin on pole contact is necessary for climbing and pole sits!)
