Intro to Aerial Silks - Clintonville

Service Description

Find your hidden talent and try out aerial silks in this 60min introductory class (perfect if you have no prior experience)! Class will start with warm up and conditioning, and then we'll explore beginner poses and inversions to start building a foundation of silks technique. You'll be flying in no time! Please note, this is not an aerial yoga class. ☑️ No pre-requisite, but you must take this class FIRST before signing up for Beginner or All Levels Silks classes (safety first!). ☑️ What to wear: Please come wearing leggings and comfortable workout top (ex. yoga attire).
