We'll explore level 100 pole skills and combos in this 60min class on both static and spin pole! Don't want to do spin pole? No worries - keep working on the static pole! Types of skills covered and incorporated into combos: pole climb, pole sit, pole descents, various beginner spins and transitions, and more! Pre-requisite - Intro to Pole
