Merch Discount or Donate

 

Members making an in-studio merchandise purchase get 10% off or opt to donate the 10% savings to the charity the studio is collecting for that quarter.

  • Redeem by showing the instructor ringing you up your active membership (they will apply the discount during checkout).

or

  • Purchase merchandise at full price but let your instructor know that 10% is to be donated to the studio's quarterly charity. 

 

Single Class Pass Discount or Donate

Members needing to top off their class hours can get single class passes for just $20 (normally $27) or opt to donate the difference to the studio's quarterly charity. 

OR

  • Purchase a single class pass for $27 and forward the receipt to the studio at info@studiorougecolumbus.com letting us know to donate $7 to the studio's chosen charity for that quarter.

  • Please note: Any single class pass purchase is non-refundable, and non-transferable to another student. The 24h late cancellation policy, and waitlist list policies still apply. This pass has an expiration of 1 month from purchase date, and cannot be extended for any reason. Single class passes can be used for most regular 60-min group classes but there may be exceptions.

 

1 Family/Friend Single Class Pass

Every three billing months, you can get a free single class pass for a friend or family member (18+) to use to try out a class! 

  • Got someone in mind that might like to try the studio? Redeem the single class pass by emailing us their name and email (please only provide their email if you have their express permission). We'll reach out when the class pass is on their account and ready to use! 

  • Please note: Family/Friend single class passes must be either used or expired before another one can be redeemed (limit one per 3 months) and they must be used only by the intended recipient. Family/Friend single class passes cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent, forfeit the recipient's ability to purchase a New Student Pass, and once redeemed have a one month expiration (cannot be extended, no exceptions). Late cancelation policy applies.

  • Guest recipient must be new to the studio. 

 

Early Access to Regular Schedule & Guest Workshops

Keep a lookout for notifications and emails letting you know when the next month's classes or any quest workshops are posted - you'll be getting a 24h-48h head start on snagging your spots!

 

Half-Off 2 Hour Pole Choreo Classes

When signing up for this 2 hour class, only one class hour will be deducted from your membership plan (usually requires 2 class hours from a package).

 

1 Late Cancel Waived Per Billing Month

We know life happens on life's terms. Didn't make class because of it? No problem. Email us as close to the missed class as possible and we'll waive one late cancel (class hour will return to your account) per billing month. 

  • Please note: If a late cancel is waived at the end of the billing month (or any time during the billing month), but the returned class hour ends up unused, it will not roll-over to the next billing month.

 

Free Open Practices

Ready to get some practice time in outside of class? Join us for any Open Pole and Open Aerial times you see on the schedule at either studio.

  • Please note: Still sign up in advance and give us a heads up if you end up not being able to make it (so we can prepare the studio space appropriately with the current number of poles, hoops, slings, or silks).

1 Free 60-min Private

 

For every 3 billing cycles, enjoy a free 60min one on one private with certain instructors (usually Gaby or Tammy). 

  • Redeem your free private by emailing the studio at info@studiorougecolumbus.com and letting us know some date/times that work with you along with what you're hoping to work on/get out of the private!

  • Please note: Free privates cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent, do not accrue, and cannot be transferred to another student. Late cancel policy: Canceling within 24h or no-showing will result in a $50 late cancel fee.

Policies

By purchasing this membership plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Membership will automatically bill monthly on the start date chosen by customer during checkout. 


2. Membership can be used enroll in any 60min group class offering on the schedule unless otherwise noted.


3. Some classes, workshops, and events may be excluded by this membership plan.  


4. Membership does not guarantee your spot in a class unless reservation is completed.


5. Late Cancellation Policy applies to all memberships, free class redemptions, and free private instruction redemptions.

6. Late Cancel Waived - Perk: If late cancel is waived at the end of the billing month (or any time during the billing month), but the returned class hour ends up unused, it will not roll-over to the next billing month.

7. Free Private - Perk: Free privates cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent, do not accrue, and cannot be transferred to another student. Late cancel policy: Canceling within 24h or no-showing will result in a $50 late cancel fee.

9. Roll Overs: No roll overs for unused classes in a membership month, including free class redemptions, and free private instruction redemptions. No exceptions. Please consider a different membership level if your current usage doesn't align.


10. Canceling your membership: Customers may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade their plan for any reason by notifying info@studiorougecolumbus.com 14 or more days before next billing cycle. If less than 14 days of billing cycle, changes will occur billing cycle after next.

Feeling like your current membership is no longer a good fit? No problem!

Before canceling, we ask you to consider another class package or membership that might better align with your needs.

You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan for any reason by notifying info@studiorougecolumbus.com 14 or more days before next billing cycle. If less than 14 days of billing cycle, changes will occur billing cycle after next.
