Pole 300 Spin/Static - Clintonville

Service Description

You're ready to go upside-down! This level of pole will focus on intermediate spins and inversions including inverted crucifix, leg hangs, helicopter/chopper, shoulder mount, and more. Class content may be taught on spin or static mode (spin pole is always optional!). Pre-req: Successful completion of 200 level test, or instructor permission. Must be able to consistently climb with proper pole climb technique, hold a pole sit, and be proficient with beginner level spins.
