Service Description

THIS IS A NO JUDGEMENT ZONE FOR EVERYONE!! 60 minute ALL LEVELS floor-based class begins with a 10-15 minute warm-up. With a strong focus on the lower back, glutes, hips, thighs, and legs to ensure your muscles are warm and ready for twerk essentials and dancing in heels. There will also be some use of the pole (floor based). Each class includes a focus on glute and leg activation to ensure proper Twerk technique as well as the proper mechanics of walking in heels. Items for class: water, towel, tennis shoes and/or heels (4 inch or less) (RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED), YOU and A SMILE :)
